Back on the 5th of June the releaseparty for Mindflows debut single Switched took place. It was a wicked night, featuring Never Say Die head honcho CTRL Z and offcourse Mindflow. We’ve finally got hold of some footage from the night thanks to our friends over at Snowboner.com Big ups! Go give them a visit! Check the video to catch some of the vibe from the night!
Check out the artwork and official video for the single “Switched” by Raw Juice member Mindflow. The single is a forthcoming release on Never Say Die!
Some info from the press release:
“‘Switched’ has all the elements of a festival anthem; lush old-skool piano chords, soaring diva vocal cuts and huge sub bass wobbles that will shake any summer sound system. Just when you think it can’t get any better, the half time dubstep beat switches into rolling UK funky vibes.
Really and truly, this tune is a beast and has already had HUGE club and Radio support from Annie Mac, Mistajam (6 weeks running on his 1xtra show!) as well as Kissy Sell Out, Scratch Perverts, Oneman and Caspa…the list goes on…and on….and on…”
Released Vinyl 07.06.10, Digital 14.06.10 including DC Breaks and Cutline remixes.
RAW JUICE badmans Skawr and Mindflow put down a hefty 2 hour guestmix for Technovikingene on their show 20.03.10. The mix was done as a part of the promoting for the epic Emalkay gig the same night, and our RAW JUICE night last friday, so the mix covers all styles aswell as showcasing some of the wicked dj’s and producers we’ve had the pleasure of interviewing and getting to know over the last year such as Trolley Snatcha, High Rankin, Reso, Emalkay, Baobinga and L-Vis1990.
It’s been a big last couple of weeks here at Raw Juice and we would like to salute everyone that’s been involved! Big ups to Technovikingene for having us on their show! Big props to Serocee and South Rakkas for bringin the dancehall vibes on thursday and Tomb Crew for mashing it up on friday!
There’s a few bits where they interview the boys in norwegian, but it’s 98% full on dubstep, so get on the download and rinse out, download link after the tracklist!

Our good friend and Raw Juice affiliate Chmmr just released his first 12″ on Luna Flicks records. This great release includes the tracks “Love will lead u back” and “Man” on the B-side. Picadilly Records drops a pretty good description and review of the tracks where they say that:
“This might not be the most anticipated record release of the year, but what it does, it does better than most, and is sure to find a place in you heart and DJ box. Aimed straight at the dancefloor, this is a simple 1988 Italo-style piano house monster, except with a slight Italo disco edge to it (that’ll be the Bobby ‘O’ style electronic percussion). Nice bass note changes and plenty of breakdowns make sure this will have the floor rocking. I predict anthem status is just round the corner! While “Love Will Lead U Back” will works its charms at a peak-time, flipside cut “Man” on the other hand, is a stripped-down early morning cut for when the crowd has thinned out and the sun’s coming up. From the badass bassline, scatty drums, to the wierdo synth and massive piano line that’ll take the roof off, this one rocks it just as much as the A-side. Recommended!”
So do like Picadilly Records and support Chmmr and Luna Flicks, by listening to and buying the release here
We caught up with Alix Perez on saturday 24.01.10. He released his debut album “1984″ back in october and is by many seen as one of the most exciting producers in dnb. Hear what he has to say about the album, forthcoming material, crazy gigs and more!
